Schedule your appointment or face-to-face procedure with health specialists and easily manage your appointments, receiving reminders and all the information to make your service quick and agile.

At HMCC Agendamentos, have at your disposal the full range of professionals who serve at the Clinical Center of Hospital Ministro Costa Cavalcanti in Foz do Iguaçu / PR prepared to serve you and your family.

In the HMCC Schedules application you:

- Schedule appointments, exams and procedures for you or someone else in minutes;

* Image and other examinations performed by third parties within the Hospital structure are not provided for in this version.

- Check your upcoming appointments and available returns

- Access your booking history in a few clicks.

Using the HMCC Schedules app is very simple:

Register your user in the application using the "Register" button. Choose how you want to login - through your Google account, Facebook or email.

HOME

On the HOME page you can find news from Hospital Ministro Costa Cavalcanti, being able to access its details and access links presented in them.

On this screen it is also possible to start an appointment by clicking and “What do you want to schedule?”.

Buttons of "Do you want to schedule your return", "Do you want to confirm your appointment" and "Do you want to perform your checkin" will appear on this screen as needed, to facilitate the use of the System on a single screen.

Profile page

On the profile page, you will be able to fill in your personal data and those of your dependents so that your appointment can be made.

Dependents page

On the dependents page you can register your family members to use later in the schedule. This registration is not mandatory and can be completed when the first appointment is made.

Schedule page

On this page you can make appointments for the various activities carried out at the Clinical Center of Hospital Ministro Costa Cavalcanti. Just inform the agreement, the name of the activity, the specialty or name of the professional who wants the appointment. It is also possible to inform which date you want to schedule and the periods of the day, between Morning, Afternoon or Night, or all periods.

When clicking on search times, the system will show all times that meet what was requested, showing the first day that has an agenda starting from the day that requested the appointment. Browse the days and professionals and click on the time of interest.

Inform who the patient is (between you and your dependents), and complete the process.

On this page you can find all your history with us. Clicking on any of them, you have information of your appointments such as dates, professionals and status of the appointments made and linked to your registration at the institution.
