hola, the local multi-cultural greeting, is cross-cultural and is the first point of contact engaged with and owned by everyone. It is the meeting place for MDD’s people. hola bridges the gap between our stores, head office and DC’s as it is our vehicle for delivering communication in a more personal and human manner.

hola connects all MDD staff in mutual, real-time as well as pre-recorded video engagements. Our video platform has channels for every team, as well as both our brands – Game and DionWired. While we are able to live stream, video content can also be pre-recorded and shared as and when desired. All content is saved on the platform and can be viewed when convenient. With the ability to live stream direct to stores and head office, both locally in South Africa, as well as into our African stores, important messages can be shared in real-time with everyone. Key messages and information is shared in a more direct and personable manner, and is therefore better understood, and related to.
