Home Connect App is an app of https://www.samitivejhospitals.com/ for monitor patient's health data, such as Blood Pressure or Glucose. App will collect measured data from medical equipment or healthcare wearable devices and send to a Samitivej Hospital Server. For patients who register the monitoring service with Samitivej Hospital, a hospital will have a dedicated medical team to monitor health condition of each registered client. Another feature is displaying health tips for any public user who download this app. These tips will be officially come from Samitivej hospital.
