Home Visit Documenter - Curis

Curis Home Visit Documenter (HVD) is designed to allow medical providers to capture & record all data generated during medical home visits. HVD can be used entirely “off-line” while conducting a patient visit so there is no need to rely on cellular/Wi-Fi connectivity while using HVD in the home. HVD needs to be “on-line” only to download appointments and to upload completed notes.

Curis HVD supports in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRA) for Medicare Advantage plans as well as medically necessary home visits completed on a fee-for-service basis.

The saving and reporting of data requires integration with our Home Visit Management System (HVMS) which supports all aspects of the business of visiting patients in the home…including Scheduling, Coding, Billing and Reporting.

To review HVD, please use the Secret Pass Phrase of “DemoUserOnly” (case sensitive, remove quotes) for an Existing user on the Login Screen.
