HomeSky

HomeSky is an open-source system that allows you to plug any sensor or actuator that implements the Rainfall protocol in your house, use any local controller that implements both Rainfall and Homecloud protocols to control your house and communicate with the cloud, connect your house to any cloud infrastructure that implements the Homecloud protocol and to use any interface (mobile app, website, GUI program) that uses the Homecloud protocol to access your house from anywhere.

It is different from other solutions (like Apple Homekit and Samsung SmartThings) because it uses only open protocols (Rainfall and Homecloud) and its reference implementation learns rules from the user habits.

The HomeSky app can:

- Create an administrator account

- Login in your account

- Register controllers in your house

- See new detected devices in your house and accept them

- Check the state of your sensors and actuators

- Send commands to your actuators

- Create automation rules ("If then ... that ... " rules)

- Create others user accounts for your house

- See new learnt rules from the Machine Learning algorithm and accept them
