Our interactive design allows you to focus on what matters - the workout at hand. As coaches we understand how frustrating it can be to use a workout app that is constantly distracting you from actually doing the drills/exercises properly. Our design was created by and for athletes, a simple yet effective way to swipe through drills and follow along while on the court or in the weight room. In a crunch for time? Not a problem! Our wide variety of workouts allows any player to hop into a workout that matches their schedule.

MyPlan is our exclusive tool used to generate custom weekly workout plans the fit to your weaknesses! Our algorithm factors in your weaknesses, strengths, goals, and many other factors to deliver a truly unique workout experience that pushes you to achieve your goals and be consistent in working out.

PLAYER POINTS

Player points are a ranking system that is used to motivate you to workout more consistently. Compete with your friends to see who can earn the most through logging on everyday, completing workouts, following MyPlans, and more!

WORKOUT CONTENT

Our content was made by our coaches who have years of experience coaching basketball at all levels. Our “all star” line up of coaches personally hand picked and curated these all of these workouts with varying degrees of difficulty to ensure any player can benefit from them. From beginner to elite to everything in between - there are plenty of drills and workouts so you can constantly be learning and pushing your limits!
