NYC HOPE 2020 facilitates digital data collection for the 2020 NYC Hope Count. The application allows New York City's Hope volunteers to carry out digital data collection of the city's homeless population via in app surveys. The collected data is used to help New York City's street homeless to gain better access to shelter and other available services. The collected data also help NYC to better serve the homeless in New York City.
