HopeCare is a connected health solution to accompany healthy people, with small health problems, or specific health needs, from diabetes to COPD.

As a customer, you can connect your devices, favorite platforms or enter health data manually. All information is placed on a dashboard with a color flag that reflects the level of your measurement, allowing you to have a history of your health data.

HopeCare lets you collect and maintain control over:
