HOPITIS | Dossier Médical Info

As part of our graduation project, we are Riadh Belgacem and Mohamed Akrouti two nursing students. We thought about creating an application that we named "HOPITIS", equivalent to the computerized and secure medical file in collaboration with our developer "Ahmed Snoun", and all this is under the direction of our professor Dr. Mustapha Ben AZIZA (Faculty of Medicine of Sfax).

Some reasons have guided us towards the realization of this medical application:

- Reduce the redundancy of prescriptions and exams.

- The need to increase the exchange of patient health information to ensure better quality of care.

- Allowing quick access in case of emergency.

- Limiting the risk of drug interaction.

- Facilitate the patient's access to his own information.

The goal is to provide medical professionals, "after the prior consent of the patient", medical information (Imaging, treatment in progress, allergies, medical history).

For a better follow-up and continuous and real-time sharing of medical data between the various stakeholders of the care path. It also allows patients to be better informed, more aware of the elements of their health.

The use of the application is personal. Do not open your application including your personal account except your health staff; doctor, nurse

The creative team of this application assumes no responsibility in case someone has been able to consult your file in case you leave your application in working order or your phone in someone else's home.

Total security is impossible but it is difficult for your account d access by a hacker as it is associated with your email account. You can retrieve your address and password via your email account.

The use of Hopitis allows access to your image files and your camera.

The operation of the application requires mobile data from your smartphone or wifi. However you can consult Wikipedia and your saved files without connection.

It is preferable that the installation of this application is on a personal support (tablet, smartphone ...)
