Hospice mobile

Hospice mobile is an app for patient and caregiver use that includes:

-Keep track of a loved ones vitals without having to write them down

-Having easy access to patient's information such as vitals and the last time medication given

-Having easy-to-read education on proper care of patients at home at a 3rd-grade level

-Improving the confidence of patients' caregivers to care for their loved ones at home

-Decrease family anxiety through having easy access to educational videos done by a real nurse
