Welcome! This is the health application of the largest network of hospitals and health care in Brazil to help users perform self-assessments of health for all types of diagnoses and schedule telemedicine practices for various specialties in many hospitals in the country.

All guidance for access to digital health is offered with practicality, security and confidentiality for patients and physicians. Self-assessment and telemedicine are essential resources to provide quick and convenient access to healthcare. These are appointments with specialized professionals in the comfort of your home and without waiting.

To register is very simple: just include your personal data. The profile registration screen will ask for a photo of the user's face so that it is possible to certify identity and a photo of a document - which may be the National Driver's License (CNH) or the Identity Card (RG).

Each registered user will have access to a page with their data and health services, in addition to being able to link other family members and dependents who do not have a cell phone or device with internet access, such as children, the elderly and sheltered.

By registering and registering the people you want to care for, you can select the hospital of choice for the person who needs special attention and proceed to an easy and quick screening. ‘HA Collaborators’ offers an assessment (screening) dedicated to various diagnoses and uses Artificial Intelligence to make a more assertive recommendation on health care and its level of criticality in care, forwarding it to the most appropriate health professional.

This screening may suggest that the user performs a first virtual consultation with a doctor for an assessment of his or her condition, which can be immediate - the patient simply needs to enter a queue for care - or schedule an appointment for the next few hours or days. , according to the availability of the health professional's agenda.

When scheduling, the user will be notified by e-mail, SMS and/or by telephone informing that the health professional is waiting for him. We recommend that anyone with an appointment be in a bright, quiet place with good internet access and the name(s) of the medication(s) for continuous use at hand.

As the doctor is responsible for starting the consultation in the application, we also suggest that the patient is connected 5 minutes in advance. If this does not happen, the 'HA Collaborators' can call the phone number informed in the registration.

If there is a need to issue certificates, medical prescriptions or exam requests, 'HA Collaborators' makes these documents available in the application itself and also sends them by email. All these medical documents are issued with a 'digital signature' of the doctor who carried out the consultation with the number of his registration in the Regional Council of Medicine (CRM), which helps to avoid falsification and fraud.

In the case of prescription of controlled drugs, the user will be able to print the prescription with the doctor's digital signature to go to his preferred pharmacy - or simply show the e-mail with the document received in PDF format.
