IOW, An Opportunity Publisher can also be a Job Seeker and vice-versa. Such a marketplace will bring publishers to post an opportunity.

Collect Your Skill-Hours

For every hour you work on a skill, we increment the hours counter on that skill for you. The more you work using hourmony the more Skill-Hours you earn and you could quickly become a SME in your area that people value.

Giving-Back as Degree-equivalent Certificates

Every time you collect a pre-determined number of Skill-Hours, the system will generate and confer (for each skill) a Certificate of Achievement, which may be equivalent to getting a college degree in that skill.

Giving-Back as Scholarship

Integrated with college's/university's student recruitment and scholarship departments. After having accumulated several hours & recommendations from their publishers may help you get scholarship to finish your school.

Support & Encourage finish college or work equivalent hours in a particular skills
