HSO Id Scanner

To use our HSO Scanner ID app your company will need to be using our HealthSafe Onboarding System which is a cloud-based software system created by HealthSafe that companies can use to easily manage their contractors who are accessing their site/s.

This app allows pre-approved users to scan a QR code that is provided to each of their contractors to enable a user to view any of their contractors' individual profiles including contact details, induction status and any permits, certifications or documents as specified by the users' company.

Allowing on the spot checks to occur and providing instant visibility supports businesses' safety and security obligations for all staff, visitors and contractors.
