E-Questionário HSOPSC

This is a tool for evaluation of Patient Safety Culture (CSP) in Brazilian hospitals, a mobile and free application that provides the translated and adapted version of the Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC) of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality's (AHRQ ). With this tool, your hospital can assess the CSP between its professionals, generating indicators for 12 dimensions of CSP. The evaluation will serve to give feedback to those involved and to promote interventions in the local CSP.

All information submitted in the application and registration obtained by the culture of evaluation are confidential and the name of the responsible, professional respondents and their institution will not be identified at any time. The information collected will be stored in a database only visible to your institution, the Laboratory for Technological Innovation of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (LAIS - UFRN) and QualiSaúde Research Group UFRN for scientific purposes.
