About HubMobile

HubMobile allows FMS services to be utilized by drivers of courier companies.

Designed to interact with our core FMS system, HubMobile is a dedicated handheld solution that enables drivers to communicate with and receive work from dispatchers while updating their progress.

HubMobile allows drivers to:

- Send and receive messages to stay connected with dispatchers throughout your shift.

- Accept job assignments, update dispatchers on job progress, and complete pre‑start checklists.

- Manage fatigue and breaks

- Scan barcodes

- Capture signatures as proof of delivery

- Take photos as proof of delivery

and much more.

*Note: HubMobile is specifically designed for drivers employed by courier companies using Hub Systems’ FMS software. The app’s core functionality depends on continuous foreground location tracking to ensure that dispatchers have up‑to‑date location information. Without a working FMS installation, or if location tracking is disabled, the app will not function as intended.
