Hybrid Materials Calculator

We are increasingly encountering hybrid materials in a variety of applications. Frequently, questions arise in the manufacture and assessment of such materials, which can be determined by simple mathematical relationships and so-called mixture rules. The APP summarizes these relationships in an easy-to-use form.

It can be used to determine geometric relationships, such as particle or fiber distance, maximum filler / fiber content, mass and volume fraction as well as the density of a hybrid material with just a few clicks.

In addition, the APP offers the possibility of estimating material data and properties of hybrid materials, such as specific heat capacity, thermal conductivity, elastic modulus, which are preferably synergistically composed of the properties of the individual components, on the basis of proven mixing rules.

The Hybrid Materials Calculator App is intended to make basic data and estimates for the homogenization of properties based on component properties available to seasoned users in a simple manner and at any time - even offline.
