Welcome to Hydranome®,
Water makes up nearly two-thirds of your body and is an essential nutrient, necessary for all aspects of bodily functioning including the distribution of oxygen and nutrients, the removal of waste products and the regulation of temperature. Therefore it is important to be well hydrated. This App helps you to achieve this objective.
The App reminds you to take every 20 minutes 2-3 sips of water. You get a pop up message, gentle vibration and sound.
When you start your day, first quench your morning thirst with water and thereafter take 2-3 sips when you receive the reminder.
The recommended daily liquid intake for women over 14 years of age is: 1.6 liter. For men over 14 years of age the recommended volume is: 2.0 liter per day. This volume is under moderate activity and environmental conditions. This reference is defined by the European Food and Safety Authority: EFSA.
