HARTMANN Hygiene Platform is an innovative, time-saving solution for hygiene management in medical settings. It contributes to the reduction of nosocomial infections and, with the help of observations and inspections, aims to increase compliance amongst medical personnel.

Observe module:

Observe allows compliance monitoring of the 5 moments for hand hygiene with many additional functions, which go beyond the 5 moment monitoring, such as a commentary analysis, NRZ export, observation rates, offline mode, procedure recording and a national benchmark.

At the touch of a button you can find at which hospital station, and in which professional group, which of the 5 moments can be raised and convince staff with this evidence-based knowledge!

My Hygiene moduleSOP:

With My Hygiene SOP you can analyse the compliance with every step of your specific SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) through process observation. SOPs will be presented graphically, based on customisable SOP templates from HARTMANN Science Center.

Recognise the weak points in your processes and prove these with statistical evidence of compliance deficits, so you can establish the optimum interventions!

Hygiene Check module:

With Hygiene Check, you can implement real-time digital hygiene inspections with the help of an integrated checklist and the photo function of your tablet/smartphone, and create an audit report at the touch of a button. The audit report contains marks on the photos, fields for further editing (e.g. “person responsible”, “to be dealt with by...”) and opens up on your PC in Microsoft Word, to allow you to work through it more easily.
