I will help you understand how to perform the exercises correctly, in order to maximize time and results.

The app offers the possibility of integration with Google Fit to monitor everyday physical activity. No more paper and pdf cards, the card is directly in the app: just press Play to start the training session, noting the weights and reps performed for each exercise. The loads will be saved for subsequent workouts. You will reduce wasted time during workouts and get better results!
