iCanQuit India is a quit smoking app available to adults in India. It’s the only app scientifically proven to help adults quit smoking, developed by scientists at America’s Fred Hutch Cancer Center:

We are making it available for free to people in India as part of an effort to learn about methods for distributing the app across India. The iCanQuit app provides tips on staying motivated to quit, coping with withdrawal and cravings, and preventing relapse.
