IDM-online

Purpose of the system

The IDM-Online system is designed for continuous monitoring and determination of the technical condition of equipment components. The system allows you to determine the current technical condition of mechanisms, determine the types and degrees of development of defects and predict the residual life of components. Diagnostics occurs without stopping or disassembling the equipment. The IDM-Online system provides diagnostic information to personnel with recommendations for timely maintenance and transition to maintenance based on actual condition.

System structure

The IDM-Online system is a two-level system:

1. The lower level is a local stationary IDM system installed at the customer directly on the equipment. The connected system begins to continuously monitor the condition of the equipment, recording vibration measurements and rotational speed of the equipment. Then the local system sends all data to the upper level (cloud) via the Internet or GSM channel.

2. The top level is the IDM-Online cloud service platform. Data received from the local system is analyzed by artificial intelligence (AI); based on the results of the analysis, an objective assessment of the condition of rotating equipment and a forecast of the remaining life before repair is issued. The data is provided to all users in a convenient form via any web browser.

The IDM-Online service platform is located on cloud computing power and allows customer specialists to get round-the-clock access to up-to-date data from anywhere using any device.

System functions

The monitoring system performs:

• Monitoring vibration parameters, calculating and recording the following values:

• Root mean square value of vibration velocity vRMS;

• Root mean square value of vibration acceleration aRMS;

• Spectral analysis:

• Speed ​​spectrum;

• Acceleration spectrum;

• Envelope spectrum.

• Limit value monitoring:

• Warning and alarm limits;

• Messages.

• Calculation of the residual life of rolling bearings depending on the current dynamic load;

• Forecast vibration velocity values ​​for an hour/day/week/month ahead.
