The App works the same as the IDT website on the Government Portal. You select the organization and location where you want access. If the organization allows it, you can quickly arrange access while you are already at the door. For some locations, the organization will first assess your application. In that case, you will receive an email within 1-3 working days whether the application has been approved. So arrange access easily and flexibly at a time that suits you!
