The vision of the organization is to be an organization that not only gave birth to young entrepreneurs who are competent and successful but at the same time develop young people who can give contribution and services to the community regardless of race and nation states towards the Malaysian state of integrity, prosperity and harmonious. Entrepreneurs who create and produce versatile, skilled, resilient, competitive and pure-spirited towards meeting the challenges of the new millennium for the realization of Vision 2020.

The mission of the organization is to form, guide to produce at least 100 thousand new entrepreneurs in 2020 and subsequently build a strong bridge among its members and the public towards the benefit and prosperity to both sides in order to progress and state security into dream
