iKnowAssist (the “App”) is an enterprise mobile application offered by Evalueserve.com Pvt. Ltd. This App is envisioned to be a platform for employees of Evalueserve to perform various activities related to Helpdesk requests.

Post successful installation via Play Store you can log-in to the App with your Evalueserve User name and Password.

With iKnowAssist for Android devices, you can:

• Update your profile information to the current

• Raise, update, and view admin and transport help desk requests on the go

• Check the status of your submitted requests

• Approve pending requests

• Receive real time notifications about your submitted requests
