The iModulo application is a solution aimed at condominiums that seek to optimize security, communication and internal processes.

The tool is integrated with the access control system of the condominium.

You can receive several alerts and messages:

- A new visitor has been registered to access your unit.

- The battery in your remote control is low.

- An order has arrived for you.

- Plate rotation alert (SP)

- Messages from the union, caretaker and porter.

It is also possible to carry out consultations and registrations.

- Input and output query. Ex: Know what time your child arrived from school.

- Visitor and visit reports

- Internal occurrence reports

- Opening of events (Suggestion, Complaint, etc.)
