The "IMOK" APP implements the requirements of the "Dead man’s switch" to a smartphone.

"IMOK" can be used to protect human life. A preset telephone number is called, if the user didn’t touch the screen during a certain time.

"IMOK" is designed for very easy setup and use:

The user starts "IMOK" by entering his name. The app reminds the user with a beep every x minutes (x = time of max. inactivity, it is determined by the Administrator) and prompts the user to press the button. The user can also avoid the beep by touching before the period ends.

In the case of no reaction by the user after a further period (1/10 of the duration of x), a call to the stored telephone number is initiated.

In such an emergency, the call is in progress and help is organized. If it is determined by both sides that it was a false alarm, the user can start "IMOK" again.

"IMOK" stores the start time, end time and alarm in a logging list to ensure utilization review.
