Create your own custom ant behaviors and bodies - the possibilities are endless. You create the behaviors through a powerful, yet simple, 'declarative swarm intelligence programming language'! The programming requires no prior knowledge of programming, although being savvy in logic puzzles does help!

Program the ants behavior, adapt physique and abilities according to your own strategy to beat your opponents on the battlefield. Make use of specialized ant roles - tanks, soldiers, scouts, poisoners or whatever you want to call them, and decide what they should do and look like.

Beat the campaign and then let your species face the world in Multiplayer mode, with unranked as well as ranked matches letting you climb the world ladder!
