With the app, technicians can see fields such as a device's IP address, MAC address, Installation Notes, Due Date, and much more. They are also able to change the installation status of the device as their work progresses. All updates made in the app can be seen in real-time from our web application, providing project managers and system owners with full visibility of a technician's progression.
