Internet Speed Meter shows your live download and upload speed in the status bar and notification shade. Open the app for a real-time chart, daily Wi-Fi and mobile data totals, a built-in speed test, and a dedicated Wi-Fi details tab.

⚙️ PERMISSIONS

• Usage Access — daily Wi-Fi and Mobile totals (granted in Settings)

• Notifications (Android 13+) — show the live-speed notification

• Network + Wi-Fi state — detect transport, read signal/link speed/frequency

• Location (optional) — read connected Wi-Fi SSID and BSSID. No coordinates, no scans; deny anytime

• Foreground service (Special Use) — keep monitoring while the app is closed

• Boot Completed — re-start the monitor after reboot

• Advertising ID — used by AdMob; unused after Remove Ads
