Shield Mobile Beta is powered by Intrusion Inc’s global threat database to keep your device secure while browsing the web or using your favorite applications.  Once enabled, Shield Mobile monitors outbound requests from your device, and blocks access to known high-risk and malicious domains. Shield Mobile sets up a local VPN on the device to filter traffic from all browsers and applications.

As a user you can:

-Know Shield Mobile is running by the image of a small key in the display bar

-Know Shield Mobile has blocked a site by a message stating "This site can't be reached"

-View a history of blocked domains

-Create a custom list of allowed domains

-Configure the application to start automatically on system boot
