Inua is a Swahili word meaning cure, heal, uplift, or elevate. Inua focusses on you – the individual. Counselling you. Healing and uplifting you. Inua exists to protect & care for you.

The inua digital platform provides users direct access to practitioners through live video chat, live chat or in-person appointments, as well as a number of online self-help resources. The platform also enables individuals to set custom wellness goals and objectives,

track their activity and participate in online games (quizzes) and assessments.

In addition to the usual counselling services, this platform will also provide access to more spiritual interventions – from religious guidance through to traditional / indigenous health counsel and assistance. It is much more holistic and rounded than any other similar service at present.
