You can create an invoice by adding your company name, date, client details, and a list of items with quantity and price. The app automatically calculates subtotal, tax, discount, and total amount. Taxes and discounts can be applied as percentages, making it easy to adjust each document based on your needs.

Each invoice can be previewed before export. The built-in PDF generator creates a clean, professional document with your logo and a structured table of items. You can save the invoice as a PDF file or share it instantly via email or messaging apps.

All created invoices are stored locally on your device and displayed in a clear list sorted by date. You can open saved PDFs, duplicate existing invoices to save time, or delete documents when needed. This makes recurring billing simple and organized.

Invoice Maker also supports estimates. You can create an estimate and later convert it into an invoice with a new number while keeping all item details. The document header clearly distinguishes between Estimate and Invoice.

In the settings section, you can customize your business information, including name, address, and email. You can upload your logo, choose your preferred currency such as dollar, euro, or pound, and enable or disable tax calculations. Everything is stored locally for quick access.
