This update adds Z-Stack imaging. This saves 9 images at different focus positions which can be ‘stacked’ into a single image composed of the in-focus parts of each image using software such as ImageJ. Activate Z-Stack by holding the still image or time-lapse buttons.
Image file names have been changed to include date, time and (for Z-stack) focus position. This enables time-lapse and time-lapse / Z-stack image sets to be easily imported into ImageJ.
