1. Delivery Partners: Police personnel can place orders for desired items, and if the distance meets the reach of our delivery partners, the goods are delivered directly to their doorstep. This feature ensures accessibility and convenience, especially for officers stationed in remote areas or those with limited mobility.

2. Counter Pickup: For those preferring a hands-on approach, the app facilitates counter-pickup, allowing personally collect their ordered items from the designated canteen. This option grants flexibility and control over the procurement process.
