This application is designed to provide business owners reporting and allot scheduling for their employees. This application has multiple solutions to ensure delivery of service to multiple sectors and industries, whether it be security companies, contractors, logistics or marketing. The solution provides company owners and/or administrators an admin panel with which to track and receive reporting for their employees as well as assign schedules to them individually.

We provide tracking records (except for images) for up to ten years and guarantee immediate delivery of data when requested. We also guarantee security of your data and all your data is encrypted.

The application is optimized for all android versions and is always updated to maximize user experience. The application also consists of a set of tutorial slides to familiarize new users with functionality.

IRIS PRO is very easy to install. Once the administrator has registered all IDs purchased, the employee has to enter his/her ID into the application and immediately IRIS PRO imports his/her scheduled tasks and displays them from beginning of the work day/shift to the end of the work day/shift. The administrator has to login from his/her ID on our website to access his/her admin panel from where he/she can view, navigate, download reports and set tasks for him team.

In case of any difficulty, there is an FAQ section in the admin panel. We also provide a compliant and concerns notification for pending scan. This will send back a report to the administrator that the deployment/employee is present at the site. The scans and schedules will be archived.

The Geo Location service enables the administrator to schedule automated report sent out from the employee app of current location which will be logged. This could be scheduled as a report of location every half hour.

Live Tracking is also available. With this service the administrator can view live movement of device throughout the work day. This is especially useful if the administrator requires active locations to allot tasks.

Code Verification is a feature that sends out random code at scheduled intervals which needs to be added and submitted by employee. An example of its use would be to make sure the employee is not sleeping on the job.

Objective Scheduling with Google Maps allows the administrator to set locations as objective within scheduling and assign duration of each objective. Once accepted, the app would display route to destination. The live location of the employee can be viewed remotely by the administrator at any time.

The Image Proof services allows verification of employee being present at any site personally. A picture is taken within the application which will immediately be sent to administrator with timestamp and location.

The administrator can, at any time, change schedules and tasks for any employee and the employee app would be immediately updated accordingly.

The application is up to google code standards, all code has multi-tier security, all data storage stability is assured by google and all authentication and logins are through google. The application has a mobile friendly responsive admin interface and the application itself would take minimal processor usage on the employee device.
