Iron Ones

Iron Ones serves to connect the entire community that is dedicated to lift weights, either for aesthetics enhancement, healthy and wellness, or breaking personal records. We want to make it easier to athletes and professionals the access to information, sponsorship search and the diffusion of their work.

It works as a training diary in which you can register your diet, workout, personal records, accounts of your daily sessions and photos of your journey. If you want to, you can expose all of these data and motivate other athletes.

In the news feed, besides being able to post photos, videos and texts, you can look for your friends so you can keep track of their workouts and results; look for that guy or that girl who motivates you because of their physics or because of their training philosophy, or furthermore search for your favorites athletes and understand how they train for championships.

When you post your photo in your training diary, you have the option to compete in the "athlete of the day", putting your photo in the highlights in everyone's news feed.

Besides if you are motivating many people you may appear in our ranking of athletes with more followers.
