Island Moon Catering specializes in Creative Vegetarian Cuisine. Our signature dishes infuse flavors and spices from the Caribbean with recipes and methods that highlight our southern roots. Our customers love the farm-to-table method we use to ensure that all of our meals are prepared using only the freshest ingredients. While we would hope that our customers choose from our many, delicious Vegetarian selections, we understand that everyone's diet is not the same. Therefore, fish, chicken, and/or beef meals can be prepared upon request.
