ISpro: BPM

ISpro: BPM application is implemented to ensure efficient work with task lists, their distribution and scheduling. The application contains a set of functions that cover the implementation and control of tasks of any variety and complexity.

ISpro: BPM has a user-friendly and adaptive interface. Synchronized with the subsystem Document Management and Process Management / Process Management / Web Tasks.

Application features:

• creation of tasks on priorities and terms of their performance;

• appointment of task performers;

• description of tasks;

• setting reminders;

• the ability to create additional fields of any type to add detailed information to the tasks;

• history of tasks;

• reflection of the business process on the task;

• fast switching between tasks.

The application compiles a list of tasks and allows you to plan the timing of their implementation. The following types of task display are available for this:

• a complete list of tasks for the current day;

• a detailed list of tasks for the day with a display of execution time and a description of tasks;

• list of tasks for the week with indication of the day of the week, time of execution and description of tasks;

• list of tasks for the month with the day of the week and time of execution.

The settings of the program contain a section "ISpro Applications", which allows you to switch from one application to another and the ability to quickly download from the Play Market.

You can also add a profile photo and change the interface language (Russian, Ukrainian) in the settings.

The program interface is optimized for smartphones and tablets.

ISpro 8 is required for the full operation of ISpro: BPM.

Users who do not use ISpro software can use demo access to the application.
