Israr is an application for Useful psychological exercises, it include Behavior, Feelings, emotions, health, imagination, ideas, relationships and it will help in time management, better thinking and gaining a new skills.

Israr is PHD research project supervised by Psychologist who communicate and determine the daily tasks for the cases, all the communication, information data is a secret and we will use it for scientific research only.

Israr is a program designed for 25 days only and it can accept only 30 person every cycle.
