Incorporation

The coalition is the result of a joint work between associations that lasted for more than ten years, and it is the result of the accumulation of initiatives on various grounds, whose main goal is to ensure de facto equality between the sexes. One of the coalition's major tasks is to work to contribute to the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women.

Function area

He is currently working in the Maghreb with a group of experts and consultants in order to contribute to bringing about changes in laws, structures, relationships and culture to promote women's human rights.

The fields of work of the coalition are varied, we mention, for example: education on human rights and legal rights at the public level, legal support, tracking and documentation of the judicial system, scientific research, national legislative reforms, and international advocacy.

The coalition is based on substantial work through strategies that aim to develop long-term programs to address the root causes of discrimination against women, and to develop constructive and effective solutions aimed primarily at the sustainable development of women on several levels.

Alliance goals

It aims to support and strengthen the work of associations located in marginalized areas, including rural villages and poor neighborhoods, by developing a strategy for cooperation and creating special networks at the level of lawyers, judges and local associations run by youth and women.

Our main goal is to build the capacities and gains of associations based on the priorities and needs of their own communities, in order to unify efforts to enhance access to justice.

This coalition also aims to promote the adoption of laws in order to support the implementation of measures aimed at ensuring women's rights.
