IT Guy is an ITSM (IT Service Management) ticketing platform that empowers support teams to collect, issues, and deliver services via remote technical support consistently for the customers.

Users can quickly submit requests and report incidents through a customizable application.

IT Guy provides support for several IT related (Hardware and Software) issues, you can create service requests for each topic (displayed in the application), and have your users submit requests using their respective email address.

IT Guy also allow users to track key metrics so that they can be informed of decisions about how to go forward with the problems. Instead of having to sort through a lengthy ticket queue, users can quickly search for all tickets regarding a specific issue then send one message to all of the engineers responding to the issues.
