ItaQuod Mobile

The ItaQuod Mobile app is for ItaQuod subscribers interested in more efficiently capturing and consuming customer and prospective customer information while on the move or anytime when not in front of their computer.

The ItaQuod Mobile app leverages your existing ItaQuod user name and password and seamlessly integrates with the ItaQuod online application.

There are three primary benefits to using the ItaQuod Mobile app:

• FAST DATA CAPTURE of Account, Contact, Lead or Sales Opportunity information by TALKING or typing.

The ItaQuod Mobile app offers an incredibly fast, well organized way to retrieve and consume your ItaQuod information when using your mobile device. Search for accounts, contacts, leads or opportunities, and with one click of the Preview button, consume all of the most relevant information you’ll need. Use the one click information to prepare for an upcoming customer interaction...OR for a conversation with your sales manager or sales rep on the status of an account.

FAST DATA CAPTURE of Account, Contact, Lead or Sales Opportunity Information. The ItaQuod Mobile app offers an incredibly fast and effective way to use your time out of the office to capture any information related to any ItaQuod object. Search for an account, contact, lead or opportunity you want to capture information for, use the ITAQUOD data structure acronym for guidance on what information to capture and where to capture it. From there, with one click, begin speaking into your mobile device to capture notes that you’d otherwise have to return to the office and type into your computer. Everyone can speak at 200-300 words per minute…why waste your valuable time typing after hours when you could be talking during down time while out of the office.

FAST CREATION of Activities, make calls or send emails by simply pressing on a phone number or an email address from within the ItaQuod Mobile Application. When making calls and sending emails, you have the option to automatically create a corresponding activity, so you don’t have to remember to keep track of what you have done while on the road. ItaQuod mobile even automatically links emails sent to activities for a complete record of your email interactions.
