iTop mobile IT Professional

iTop mobile « IT Professional » is the mobile application developed by Infotel and dedicated to Combodo iTop solution for IT professional. It gives mobile capabilities to iTop. Quick links allows to assign, to suspend it, to dispatch or resolve a ticket.

This is our very first version of this application. Other capabilities will come soon.

The functionalities available now are:

• Receive communications dedicated to IT professional

• View and work on my tickets

• View newly created tickets of my teams and allows “assign to me”
