With the Jöchle Mobility App, you have quick and easy access to the nationwide charging infrastructure for e-vehicles. Wherever you are, on the overview map you will find the right charging station in your area as well as information on the current availability of the stations. The app also navigates you to the charging station of your choice via the shortest route, and you start the charging process very easily via your app.

SO EASY TO USE THE APP:

Open the overview map and use the GPS location detection to find all the charging stations in your area and relevant information about the station in just a few seconds.

You can also use various filters to set which types of charging stations (e.g. AC or DC or alternating current or direct current) should be displayed.

All charging processes are saved in your Jöchle Mobility app. You can also mark favorites that you want to use regularly and check their availability while driving.

SO EASY TO CHARGE YOUR VEHICLE:

With the Jöchle Mobility App you can activate all charging stations that are connected via roaming. As soon as your vehicle is connected to the charging station, you can activate the charging process via the app and, in addition to the location information, you will also receive information on the current usage fees.

MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT IS SO EASY:

After downloading the app, you can easily register and create your personal user account. Here you can view and manage your personal data and billing information at any time. Billing takes place via a SEPA direct debit mandate. After one month you will receive a collective invoice that you can access in the app.

FAULTS AT THE CHARGING STATION:

If something does not work at a charging station, we recommend calling the fault hotline at the charging station first.

A NOTICE:

While using the Jöchle Mobility App, you will sometimes receive emails/notifications from our IT system/backend "Chargecloud". We use this for the operation and billing of the charging infrastructure. The IT system and our Jöchle Mobility App are provided by Chargecloud GmbH.
