This online system of eJami is meant for taking care of all the information related to land records in the state of Tripura. It is aimed at acquisition, storage of Legacy Land Records Data, updating, processing and maintenance of land records and ownership through different types of mutation. Making available LR Information through wide range web based queries & retrieval options for different types of user. Letting the common people go through their plots, khatian, knowing the status of the process of mutation, get online certified copy of RoR, preview map of their plot. Ultimate objective is making the whole Land Records online and on demand to its users.

The scope of eJami is to carry out Workflow based Mutation process and providing instant updated record and generating computerized Record of Rights for the public, Printing of Certified Copy on demand of the public,Generation of Plot Index,MIS Report Generation for Administrators in taking decision for making plan. Provision has also been kept for correction of Incorrect Khatian.eJami keeps provision for creating, modifying and deleting eJami users. DCM and DCLR team are working for Assigning roles to the user and registration of finger print is part of the User Management of eJamis’ online system.
