At Jing, we start with a very simple approach as we enable each individual to take his or her first steps at becoming self-sufficient in regards to personal health. We achieve this through affordable and regular treatments and classes, which we also emphasize as health training sessions. We want to you to become confident in managing dis-ease on your own, and to discern when extra help is needed in the future. We call this Sustainable Medicine; being responsible for one’s self.

Our treatments are based primarily on Traditional Chinese medical teachings, and our facility includes many other health modalities and modern testing options to create true integration across multiple health models, along with a state of the art physical arts space where Jing yoga meditation martial arts and more is practiced.

Our goal is to "create new energetic pathways" within your body and life, as both cannot be separated. If you wish to make change within your physical body, you must make change in your daily life, and we are here to facilitate your change. The coming to the Jing Space to practice a physical art is very different to most other places as its intergrated with in a holistic healthcare facility, all of the teachers take part in regular health seminars and further education enabiling each teacher to ensure you the best possible training.
