RCube provides an evidence-based comprehensive assessment and training system that helps to improve your physical and emotional health and wellbeing and to enhance performance and productivity, even under pressure.

It is based on cutting-edge research into the physiology of stress and resilience. This app is also available for iOS phones and tablets.

Our app measures relationship between strain and recovery, health risk and health potential and capacity to perform well under pressure via psychometric and HRV assessment.

RCube provides training two complementary types of training: Engagement & Relaxation Training.

THE BENEFITS OF DAILY TRAINING WITH RCUBE

• Emotional health assessment

Baseline assessment of emotional health using two psychometric questionnaires

(Depression, Anxiety, Stress & Anger) for creating a baseline and track emotional

health and impact of interventions

• Autonomic health assessment

Baseline assessment of autonomic health using bio-sensors, informing about health

risk and health potential, strain, recovery, peak performance under pressure and ability

to relax (let go). Create a baseline and track your physical health and the impact of the

interventions

• Engagement training

Audio-guided and biofeedback-based form of resonant frequency training combined

with bilateral stimulation.

• Relaxation Training (Autogenic Training)

Deep relaxation techniques designed to reduce stress and anxiety by reducing

physiological arousal. Full recovery after strain.
