JRE 50 Years Congress

Jeunes Restaurateurs (JRE) is an association of young restaurateurs who want to share their talent and passion for food with like-minded people.

Founded in 1974 in France, there are now 350 affiliated restaurants spread over 16 countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. With over 180 Michelin stars and 4,000 Gault&Millau points between them, all chefs combine a love of creativity and innovation with a respect for local produce and tradition.
