About jsDrome

Mentor driven open transformation.

**jsDrome** is a mentor-driven open source transformation community by engineers for engineers giving corporate training and real life experience to those who qualify.

## Incubation

The incubation period will be of 1 month. You will be trained on Web Software Engineering (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Testing) an hour a day over hangout meet.

## Inception

After the incubation, you will be inducted into the community, given a contributor badge, and will be put in a team of other engineers working to build a product. You'll learn how to work in an agile team contributing to open source. All you need is a computer and a good internet connection. Prior programming experience is not mandatory.

## Integration

Once you complete the incubation and inception successfully, you will be ready to be integrated back into the workforce, this time trained in various fields of the web.
