A verified Working With Children Check is mandatory for Juggle Street helpers and mobile phone ID verification is mandatory for all members. Helpers are rated and reviewed by their employer after each job is completed. Since 2022 local business have also been allowed to join the Juggle Street and post jobs.

Juggle Street’s unique win-win business model ensures fair market pricing, benefiting both those seeking work and those offering work. Each person posting a job sets the price of the job, and workers apply or decline via the Juggle St app. The platform presents applicant feedback in real-time to the person posting the job, allowing adjustments to be made to maximize success. Each employer pays their workers directly at the end of the job, Juggle Street does not clip-the-ticket, or charge placement fees, or add-on agency loadings, so workers on Juggle Street keep 100% of their earnings.
